Where to go on a weekend on a motorcycle? (+9 routes)

Motorcycle trips

As the motorcycle season approaches, we are increasingly thinking about how to spend the summer as productively and brightly as possible, especially weekends. An interesting solution might be to travel to nearby cities and regions, but the question arises of where to go so that it’s close, interesting, and the roads are good, but without busy federal highways.

We have made a selection of interesting weekend routes around Moscow. If this article receives good feedback from readers, then next time we will make a selection of routes around St. Petersburg, and then in other regions of Russia.

Tula-Ryazan, 2-3 days, 1000 km

Motorcycle trip to the southern regions. There are good roads and interesting sights, among which, first of all, are the Tula Weapons Museum, the museum-estate of L.N. Tolstoy in Yasnaya Polyana, Kulikovo Field, the Ryazan Kremlin and the village of Konstantinovo, where Yesenin was born.

On the way to Tula, having passed through Podolsk, it is worth visiting Dubrovitsy - a village in which one of the most beautiful monuments of the Moscow region is located - the Church of the Sign. It is located on the territory of the Golitsyn estate. .

Moving further towards Serpukhov, go left, towards the Prioksko-Terrasny Reserve - the roads here are beautiful and there is no traffic, and next to the reserve there is another attraction - a bison and bison nursery.

On the road from Tula to Ryazan, you should definitely stop at Kulikovo Field - a new interactive museum was recently built here, which will tell you about the legendary battle of Alexander Nevsky with the Mongol army.

If you wish, you can add some dirt roads near Tula near the village of Konduki - there is a beautiful system of flooded sand pits.

As you can understand, the places are interesting and there are more than enough attractions in this direction. We will not tell you in detail what to see in Tula, Ryazan, Zaraysk, Kolomna and other cities, we are sure you can do it yourself if you wish.

Suzdal-Yaroslavl, 2-3 days, 600 km

Route through the most popular cities of the Golden Ring. Both cities look great today, they have developed infrastructure, hotels, restaurants, many ancient monuments and beautiful nature.

Be prepared for a large number of tourists and high hotel prices - the downside of popularity.

On the way to Suzdal, we recommend stopping at the Air Force Museum in Monin (about 25 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road). This is a paradise for aviation lovers, with many airplanes, helicopters and other aircraft gathered in the open air.

Further along the route is Vladimir with its greatest masterpieces of ancient Russian white stone architecture: the Golden Gate, the Assumption Cathedral, the Dmitrov Cathedral, the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl (in Bogolyubovo, which is ten kilometers east of the center of Vladimir).

30 km north of Vladimir is Suzdal, perhaps the most popular city of the Golden Ring. There are a lot of churches and monasteries around, where you can wander around all day. On the first weekend of July, Suzdal Blues-Bike Fest takes place - an international motorcycle festival, which has been organized by the Total Flame company for several years.

Yaroslavl is ready to compete with Suzdal for the title of the most beautiful city of the Golden Ring. The entire historical center of the city is a UNESCO monument. In the second half of July, the second Moto Family Days will be held in Yaroslavl - a new format of a family motorcycle festival. It’s nice that with the development of motorcycle culture in Russia, more and more different events and activities are appearing.

Traveling through central Russia by bicycle

The central part of the country also offers many opportunities for lovers of cycling tours. The most popular route here leads to the Volga River. The nature of this region differs from the central part, which makes it possible to diversify your trip. You can also go to Ladoga or the Karelian Isthmus, where the Valaam natural park has recently been operating, which all tourists can visit. The middle zone of the country is distinguished by the presence of a large number of places that are difficult to reach on foot, but a bicycle makes such trips possible. An example of such a place is the Kivach waterfall, which is located in Karelia. You can get there by bike within two days.

However, the most beautiful place in the middle zone is rightfully considered the Tolvoyari reserve, a trip through which will leave an unforgettable impression in your memory. There are special cycling routes here, a trip along which will allow you to see the most picturesque places. Clear lakes, pine forests, deciduous groves and meadows - all this awaits you during your cycling trip.

Plyos, 2 days, 750 km

We did not write about Ples in the last tour, since this place deserves special attention. You can stop here on your way from Suzdal to Yaroslavl, but it is much better to come here specifically for a few days. Why do we think this?

Plyos is a small town on the banks of the Volga, 350 km from Moscow. In the evening, when the buses with tourists leave, it is quiet here, as if you find yourself in an ordinary provincial town, far from the hustle and bustle. Considering the frantic pace we live in today, this opportunity is especially valuable.

There are many museums and churches in Plyos, beautiful nature, an elk farm on the other side of the Volga, an authentic local market, many coffee shops and several very cozy hotels where you can spend a quiet weekend in the company of a loved one or with friends, whoever wants more. And of course, smoked and dried Volga fish and delicious draft beer.

It is best to go to Ples through Kirzhach, Yuryev-Polsky and Kolchugino. We advise you to return back through Kostroma along the opposite bank of the Volga from you. In the village of Krasnye Pozhny there is a ferry across the Volga.

After Yaroslavl, go left (depending on where you look from!) and through Uglich, Myshkin, Kalyazin and Sergiev Posad return to Moscow.

Blog named after xonotoley1x → Road to Italy (Day 3 – 5: Budapest – Mestre – Alps – La Spezia)

Day 3: Budapest - Mestre. the first part is here It seems like the third day, but it feels like a week on the road. I got up very early, of course, not having gotten enough sleep, I began to hastily pack my things and at the same time cook food for the road, because recharging in the poppies was not part of my paper plans) Norman headed off to work, and I, already prepared, began to think about what I should do... And The whole point is that the roads are toll everywhere, but the free route took 5 hours longer. At this moment I remembered yesterday’s dialogue with Dimon about roads, so that’s the point. In order to drive on the autobahn, you need to buy a special sticker, which is somehow magically read on the cameras; you can’t buy it for a day, at least 10 days. Why do I need it, that’s why I decided to go to all lengths, what I needed for this, the recipe is simple: 1. You will need chain lubricant and a little sand. 2. Carefully apply grease to the edge of the number plate and the wing, for plausibility and lightly sprinkle the entire stain. 3. Enjoy the ride without closing the throttle)

Nikola-Lenivets, 2 days, 520 km

Another relatively easy and at the same time bright and interesting weekend route is a trip to the Nikola Lenivets art park. Many people have heard about this place, but not many have been there.

The main purpose of the trip is a landscape art park, where architectural and sculptural art objects of modern art are located on an impressive territory of 600 hectares.

This trip will have some dirt roads in front of and around the park, so the ideal motorcycle for the trip would be a touring bike like the BMW GS, KTM Adventure, Honda Africa-Twin, etc. Although you can get there on any other motorcycle, the journey will just take longer and be less enjoyable.

There are different options for overnight accommodation, from hotels to tents. In the center of the park there are several restaurants serving local beer, infusions and delicious farm food.

You can return to Moscow by a short road through the Simferopol Highway or a longer road through Kaluga and the Prioksko-Terrasny Nature Reserve.

How to travel on a motorcycle: tips from experienced bikers

Traveling on a motorcycle will bring a lot of positive emotions and unforgettable impressions, but only if you do everything correctly. Based on personal experience, we have compiled a set of rules for motorcycle travelers that will help make your trip enjoyable and safe.

1. Route planning

If you are going to Europe, then the most difficult and boring thing is getting there. Usually, to leave Moscow, the M1 highway is used - directly through Minsk and Brest to Poland (keep in mind that in Belarus there are several stages of about 100 km without a gas station! Refuel in advance!). Considering the difficult situation in Ukraine, as well as the poor quality of local roads, we do not recommend considering the territory of this country for rapid transit. Another option is to travel through the Baltic states along the Novorizhskoye Highway (M9), which has recently been restored to decent condition.

Departure from Russia is 700 (to the border with Latvia) or 1100 (to the Polish border in Brest) kilometers. And these are far from the most interesting kilometers that you want to cover in one day so as not to waste your precious vacation. However, if you have never traveled such distances in one day before, you should split your trip into two days for safety reasons and to maintain your health and good mood. Because stiff, painful, and falling-off limbs and muscles do not at all contribute to the enjoyment of the trip. And sooner or later, depending on the individual characteristics of the body and the motorcycle, they will begin to numb and fall off.

This same advice applies even more to returning. No matter how much you would like to get home as quickly as possible, the last few hundred kilometers, during which, according to the law of meanness, all imaginable troubles often occur: rain, cold, darkness, cut asphalt, dirt, etc. - can ruin the whole impression of the trip if you have to , gritting your teeth, overcome them through the pain, fatigue and danger of driving in such a state.

In Europe, plan a daily route of no more than 300 km. In this mode, you will not get tired, you will be able to stop and admire the scenery, have a calm lunch in cute towns and feel like you are on vacation. In addition, if you do not drive on autobahns, you will not be able to maintain a high average speed due to restrictions and settlements flowing into one another. Driving on the autobahn is completely uninteresting, and besides, there is a fee, and you should only use it to travel through Poland if you do not have a goal to travel around this particular country.

You need to decide on the goals of the trip in advance - depending on this, you will build a route and choose intermediate points. Don’t try to cram all your desires into one trip: a new day - a new city - it’s hard and after a few days everything begins to merge into one motley mess, impressions become dull, and fatigue accumulates. Allow yourself some freedom, for example, to decide where you will go next depending on the weather in a particular region. To plan a route, it is convenient to use Michelin maps - they can suggest the most picturesque route - or any others that show the distance from point to point.

If you are driving around Russia, then the daily journey should not exceed 500 km, or better yet less: a large amount of traffic, not always good asphalt, repairs and the monotony of the landscape are very tiring.

Be sure to plan your return at least one day earlier than the time you need to get home - unexpected delays may occur during your trip. In addition, after a motorcycle trip, another vacation is often necessary to rest from the motorcycle trip. This way you will have at least one extra day to recover.

2. Documents, money, communications

In many European countries it is necessary to buy vignettes to pay for roads. Familiarize yourself with the list of these countries and the peculiarities of local traffic rules in advance. You will also need insurance for equipment, a “green card”, which can be obtained in advance or at kiosks before the border. Don't forget about visas and documents for yourself.

We have long given up the idea of exchanging rubles for euros before a trip - almost everywhere in Europe you can pay with a bank card. It is both safer and more convenient than cash. Moreover, not all European countries use the euro, which means they will have to be exchanged again for the local currency.

Cash, of course, is also useful for small purchases (in many places you cannot pay with a card for purchases under 3 euros), but in limited quantities they can be withdrawn from an ATM and in local currency. Losses on cash withdrawal fees are negligible. Of the cards for Europe, MasterCard is the most relevant - Visa is not accepted everywhere, but it is better to have several cards from different systems and banks.

Typically, a motorcycle trip involves visiting several European countries at a time, so there is no point in buying a national SIM card. It is better to purchase a tourist SIM card, which will be valid in all countries with approximately the same tariffs. For reliable communication throughout Russia, we recommend acquiring SIM cards from all three major mobile operators; you can also get Tele2, which is developed in the regions.

3. Housing

If you are traveling to some very popular place and plan to stay there for several days, then you should book accommodation in advance. However, it is more interesting and often more practical to do this during the trip, on the same day or within 24 hours. While traveling, anything can happen: equipment breakdown, severe fatigue, navigation error - and you won’t be able to get to your booked hotel at the right time and, accordingly, lose money. Yes, you can save money by booking early, but a motorcycle is freedom! Don’t limit yourself to a strictly planned route - allow yourself to change it to suit spontaneous desires or the weather forecast.

To make reservations while driving, you can use free WiFi at large gas stations or restaurants and reservation apps for smartphones. You can also navigate to the nearest points along the route in the navigator. When booking, it is better to choose hotels with their own parking, because otherwise the motorcycles will have to be left overnight at the city paid parking lot.

The hotel staff can sometimes suggest an original parking space. For example, on the terrace...

...or under heavy guard

When planning a trip to Russia, it is better to find out in advance about motels along the route if you are thinking of stopping at some point on the highway or in a small town rather than in a big city, because, again, according to the law of meanness, when it gets dark and comes It’s time to get up for the night, all the nice new motels will disappear, and you will only start to come across the terrible “bedbug infestations” called “Comfort”.

4. Things, medicines, spare parts

Pack practical clothes and in minimal quantities - you cannot load a lot of luggage on a motorcycle, especially if you are riding with a passenger. By the way, day trips with a passenger should be further reduced, since on most motorcycles, except for the well-known three megatourers, the passenger will have a very hard time.

It's a rare motorcycle that allows you to take extras like this massager with you.

In almost any hotel/city you can find a washing machine/public laundries to wash your clothes. So that things have time to dry, it is better to do laundry when you have a full day planned at some point on the route. Pack items so that you can get to this point without washing. If your motorcycle does not have motorcycle trunks or there is not enough space in them, it is convenient to load the luggage into a travel backpack or waterproof bag and attach it to the passenger seat or trunk using hooks with elastic bands and/or a spider net.

At hand - in a bag on the tank, on top of the trunk, in a separate “container” that can be easily detached from the main luggage - there should be essential things: money/cards, a phone, a camera, perhaps a scarf and a small jacket for quick insulation. We do not recommend putting a backpack on your shoulders - it will make your shoulders, neck and back get tired and start to hurt faster.

Don't save space by using rain gear and "warmers"! A thick raincoat, waterproof gloves (preferably two pairs) or covers for them, leg covers, a balaclava with a windstopper or a tube scarf, warm liners for motorcycle pants and a motorcycle jacket, warm thermal underwear and socks - from comfortable clothes that keep you warm and dry in any weather conditions depend, perhaps, on most of the pleasure of the trip!

From +20 you can unexpectedly end up at -1

It is better to warm up and put on rain protection before it freezes or starts to rain, and somewhere in a convenient place: at a gas station, OT stop, near a cafe - for reasons of safety and comfort. These things need to be packed so that you don’t have to shake out all your luggage every time to get them out.

Using regular tape you can solve almost any problem on the go.

When packing a first aid kit, be sure to read the rules of each country through which you are going to travel: some may prohibit the import of certain medications, which, if caught at the border, can cause serious problems.

Of the spare parts, it is worth taking, perhaps, only a repair kit for tires, as well as some small specific spare parts/tools that your motorcycle may need (for example, inch keys for Harley-Davidson, which cannot be found in regular car repair shops). And - reinforced and simple tape, which, as you know, can “fix” almost anything.

A minor breakdown or punctured wheel can be repaired at a regular car service center.

Otherwise, it is logical to go on a trip on a serviceable, proven vehicle that does not threaten to fall apart every 100 km. Unless, of course, constant adventures are included in the format of your trip.

5. Navigator and other gadgets

If you wish and have extra time, you can use ordinary paper maps/road atlases, etc. - this will add a certain charm to the trip, help you get to know the locals and almost certainly guarantee adventure. While a navigator will greatly simplify life, especially in a foreign city and a foreign country, where, in addition to finding the right place, you will also have to deal with the peculiarities of traffic on the go. In addition, the navigators are filled with useful waypoints: gas stations, hotels, attractions, shops, hospitals.

You can use navigation programs in smartphones, however, phones shrink quickly and need to be protected from rain. Therefore, it is best to get a special motorcycle navigator that will be recharged from the motorcycle’s electrical outlet and is not afraid of rain.

A very useful gadget is a motorcycle headset, through which you can communicate with a companion on a separate motorcycle or with a passenger, and also listen to music from your player/phone. Conversations along the way brighten up long, dull journeys. Via radio communication, you can also warn your partner about danger, about the need to refuel, or about the next turn, if only one of the group has a navigator.

Be sure to check what type of sockets are used in the countries along your route. This is also true for some European countries. Stock up on adapters.

6. Traffic rules

In principle, we do not recommend violating traffic rules. In addition to risks to life, violations, especially in Europe, can also entail material and moral risks - fines for severe speeding and drunk driving are very high, including prison. Violators are not always “caught” only by cameras that do not read Russian license plates—this is often done by live police officers who are not always ready to make allowances for the fact that you are a foreigner, and, moreover, do not always speak English. And why bother ruining your vacation with troubles?! Take your time, enjoy the process.

It is worth familiarizing yourself with the specifics of national regulations before your trip. On the roads, you can also be guided by how the locals drive: where they accelerate, where they brake, where they turn on the low beams, etc. - however, remember that locals can also violate rules. Pay attention to the parking rules: parking is paid almost everywhere in European cities, including for motorcycles, and is allowed only in certain places.

Seliger-Valdai, 2-4 days, 1000-1300 km

Seliger is a system of lakes of glacial origin in the Tver and Novgorod regions. Here is one of the main Russian shrines, the Nilova-Stolobenskaya hermitage. There are a lot of berries and mushrooms, fantastic fishing, delicious liqueurs and draft Tver beer. Also on the northwestern side of Seliger is the source of the Volga, the greatest river in Russia.

For some reason that no one understands, despite the proximity to Moscow, the roads in the Seliger area have not been repaired since the Second World War - in some places there is simply no asphalt, in some places there is, but with meter-deep potholes. There are also normal roads, but you need to know them, otherwise there is a risk of going the wrong way. For this trip you definitely need a touring motorcycle, preferably a touring-enduro motorcycle, and not a sport-tourist.

Behind Seliger begins the Valdai National Park - the place is included in the UNESCO list as a world natural and cultural heritage site. The park is located 400 km from Moscow, on its territory there is the Valdai Iversky Monastery, radon springs, abandoned ballistic missile launch silos and many other interesting objects.

In the area of Seliger and Valdai there are a lot of different dirt roads and little traffic. This trip is an excellent option for a small off-road adventure with overnight stays in tents and outdoor recreation. In recent years, the local forestry has built several camping areas within the park where you can stay with a tent. You can go fishing, barbecue, rent a sauna, or just relax in nature. For those who prefer to stay in a hotel, there are also many good options.

RESULTS

Luxury tourers : maximum comfort and load capacity. They have no other interesting properties; traveling on good roads is their main specialization.

Tourer-cruisers : an add-on to a motorcycle originally intended for the highway in order to increase its carrying capacity. Not as stuffed as suites, but more individuality and style is preserved.

Sport Touring : An add-on to the sport to increase comfort and capacity without significantly sacrificing speed. One of the differences, besides the class of the motorcycle itself, is the wind protection of the legs, which is installed at the factory. It is an element of the body. This is also possible in cruisers, but only Harleys install any kind of protection from the factory..

Tourenduro : Mix of road/off-road/load capacity in various combinations. There are many options, you need to choose based on how much you need it, this off-road capability.

It turns out that touring motorcycles, for the most part, have evolved from specific classes (be it sport or enduro) and are intended primarily for those who want to maintain their style, but be able to travel. What advice can you give to someone choosing their first touring motorcycle? Think, go on test drives, look for the device that will satisfy most of the requests.

But the main thing is desire. There is no point in having a Gold Wing if all you need it for is to get to Smortovaya in Moscow and show off the light bulbs. There is no point in having a GS if it has never been driven off the road in its life. The main thing is desire, and needs will grow themselves - from experience.

Smolensk region, 3 days, 1100 km

An interesting option for a trip to historical sites of the Napoleonic War, visiting several former noble estates, museums and abandoned roads. But first things first.

Your first stop on the road from Moscow will be the Borodino Field Museum-Reserve, the oldest battlefield museum in the world, based on the site of battles of two Patriotic Wars. There are more than 200 historical monuments and memorable places on its territory. In addition, there is a chance to get to some military-historical festival, which is held annually on the Borodino field.

Next, with a stop at the Yu.A. Museum. Gagarin in the city of the same name and the village of Khmelitu, where the Griboedov estate is located, you will get to Smolensk by secondary roads. But don’t rush to go to the hotel right away. First, make a stop at the Katyn memorial complex - Polish officers were shot here in 1940, and many Soviet citizens were killed here earlier. In 1998, a memorial complex was opened at the site of the tragic events, which we strongly advise you to visit. It's worth it.

When returning back to Moscow, be sure to make a stop at the Talashkino-Flyonovo museum-estate, where you can see the magnificent mosaic of Nicholas Roerich “The Savior Not Made by Hands,” made by the artist over the portal of the Church of St. Spirit. In the village you can swim in the font, and then we suggest returning to Moscow along the Starosmolenskaya road. Today it is a single-lane dirt road in places, which can only be driven on a touring motorcycle. There is no car traffic here, as well as gas stations and shops. Cellular reception is spotty in places.

Abroad

If you want to see nearby countries, you can start your trip from Belarus, which will present to your attention the unique Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Nature lovers gather here, as well as tourists interested in the history of the late USSR. When traveling on a motorcycle in Ukraine, it is worth looking at the capital Kyiv, pleasing the eye with churches and historical monuments, the mysterious Kamenets-Podolsky, which combines the history of seven nations, as well as the foothills of the Carpathians. Lovers of deserted deserts and world secrets will go to the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan, which continues to decrease in size, revealing to the human eye more and more new objects that previously rested under the water column. For these trips by motorcycle you will not need to apply for visas and go through complex permitting procedures, although customs control will be relevant for you.

The easiest trip around Europe is a Baltic cruise with a visit to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. You don’t have to delve into the intricacies of foreign languages, since most residents of these countries understand Russian perfectly. Here you can swim in the sea, look at the legendary sand dunes, and also walk the streets of ancient cities to fully enjoy the atmosphere of medieval Europe. Of course, you won’t be able to travel without a Schengen visa, but the consulates of the Baltic countries will issue it much more readily than the foreign affairs authorities of Germany or France.

Forget about the stories of many travelers who claim that Eastern Europe cannot be of much interest. Feel free to travel to Romania and Hungary - on this journey you will find the secrets of Count Dracula, glorified in many books, beautiful castles, ancient untouched forests, as well as capitals that are not inferior in their beauty to Vienna, Paris and Rome. You can complete your Eastern European voyage on a motorcycle in Bulgaria and finally relax on the beaches of Golden Sands.

However, the best travel in the world takes place through Central Europe to the West. Start your trip in the Czech Republic, where you can see unforgettable Prague, Brno Fortress and the world brewing capital of Pilsen. In spring, it is better to visit Austria, where edelweiss flowers await you on the high plains. Then you can travel by motorcycle through Berlin and Paris to the Atlantic Ocean. The only disadvantage of such a trip will be the difficulty of obtaining permission to enter some countries.

Voronezh Region, 3 days 1100 km

Voronezh and its surroundings are a very good destination for a short trip. Despite the distance from Moscow, in the southern direction there are many good secondary roads that can quickly get to Voronezh.

The city itself is very pleasant, well-groomed and equipped - cafes, restaurants, museums, a beautiful center, which is pleasant to walk around on a warm summer evening. Few people know, but Voronezh is the birthplace of the Russian fleet; more than 200 warships were built here under Peter I, which allowed Russia to win a number of victories in naval battles.

The region is also the capital of the Black Earth Region - there are many rivers, fields and forests, nature reserves and parks. For example, towards Rostov-on-Don, ~100 km from the city, there is the Divnogorye Park. Behind Zadonsk, on the Lipetsk highway, the Galichya Gora Nature Reserve is the very first nature reserve that was created on Russian territory. On the territory there is an unusual architectural complex - the old Taldykin estate with a complex of outbuildings and a pre-revolutionary mill.

Not far from Zadonsk is Skornyakovo-Arkhangelskoye, a restored noble estate, where today there is a museum, a household, a restaurant and a small hotel.

Important - when planning a trip, keep in mind that you can get to the south along secondary roads to the left of the M-4 highway, and it is more interesting to return to Moscow using the same secondary roads to the right of the highway, through Dankov, Lebedyan, Lev Tolstoy, etc.

Solo journey of 19,000 km. “From edge to edge, across the whole country.” Part 4. Kolyma highway.

This year we managed to travel all over Russia from southwest to east, all the way to the Far East, the border with North Korea and China. A separate stage of the journey was the Kolyma highway to Magadan and in the opposite direction... I bring to your attention the fourth part of a full-fledged documentary about this trip. In this series we will talk about abandoned villages in Kolyma and their inhabitants, the coldest village in the northern hemisphere of the planet - the pole of cold Oymyakon, an operating airport in the taiga, built by prisoners in 1942, and its history, about this and much more in this part. Previous parts here: Part1 Part2 Part3

Chukhloma-Sugorye, 3-4 days, 1500 km

Chukhloma is an ancient Russian city on the shore of the lake of glacial origin of the same name Chukhloma. In the vicinity of Chukhloma there is a very beautiful Astashovo estate. In fact, it’s hard to call it an estate - it’s a real ancient Russian wooden tower, the place is very different from what you’ve seen before, don’t be lazy to get there to see it in person.

After Chukhloma, it’s worth going to Sugorye - a place where the life of the ancient Slavs and Scandinavians is reconstructed; an entire fortress on the river bank has been recreated here. On the way to Moscow, we recommend visiting Rybinsk - another beautiful city with a little-known history, an interesting center and a dam. The roads are unpaved in some places, the asphalt is not good everywhere, it is better to hit the road on an enduro tour.

Motorcycle equipment for travel

The biker's clothing must be appropriate for the weather and season when the trip is planned. In the cold season, you need to dress in special equipment that does not allow moisture to pass through and is not blown by the wind, not forgetting about protecting the motorcycle.

But even when going on a trip in the summer, you need to remember that it can be hot during the day, and the coolness of the evening will result in a cold even after a short trip at a decent speed. What is the way out of this situation? You should take several sets of motorcycle clothing: for the day and morning-evening, as well as in case of rain. The most necessary piece of equipment is a helmet. Remember that it is prohibited to drive without it.

The main component of any motorcycle trip is desire. Make an interesting route, be properly equipped, have your bike serviced before the trip, and then your vacation will be filled with new experiences and vivid impressions. The main thing is not to neglect your safety.
