In this case, in the budget segment you can look at models such as the Honda CB 1000, Suzuki GSF 1200 and Yamaha XJR 1200. The list, of course, is not exhaustive, but these motorcycles are very popular, and are often found on the secondary market, so there will be plenty to choose from. Just don’t forget that they are distinguished by high power and solid weight.
Among the newer and more expensive (but moderately expensive) options, popular 600s immediately come to mind, for example, the Kawasaki ER-6, Yamaha FZ-6, Suzuki Gladius 650 and Honda CB600F. All of them are good in their own way, and the first two also have several options - both naked versions, devoid of body kit, and modifications “dressed” in plastic. This is a matter of taste, let’s just mention that versions with plastic better protect the motorcyclist from headwinds, but in the event of a fall, even a trivial one, the plastic usually suffers, and it costs a lot. This is especially true for inexperienced novice motorcyclists, as is the fact that the same FZ-6 and CB600F are not inferior in power to the “liter” models listed above. True, most of the “six hundred” road motorcycles compare favorably with the “liter” ones by having a more modest weight and greater technology, since they are simply more modern.
Those who want a new road motorcycle of this capacity, but cannot afford to buy a new “Japanese” one, should look towards Chinese models. The stereotype that everything Chinese is bad is successfully becoming a thing of the past, and now Chinese companies offer customers not only cheap small-capacity motorcycles, but also quite modern and powerful motorcycles, for example, the Stels Benelli 600.
