The lamp did not light up because the door was open and the lock was not latched. A screwdriver with a plastic handle latched the lock without touching any other parts of the car.

Next, use the handle on the outside of the door to open the lock, as it were, the lock tongue is cocked. Use a screwdriver to imitate closing again. The lamp came on again. I repeated this procedure five times. Then I turned off the 220V, assembled the connector, connected the battery and Hurray!
