5.The hub hole has special gaps, which are very convenient for removing the rings without any problems. When you have pressed out all the parts, the seating surface is thoroughly wiped.

Replace the rear wheel bearing on a Daewoo Nexia yourself
1. The outer part of the bearing, which is larger, must be pressed into place. Use the old clip on top.
2.In a smaller bearing, the inner and outer rings are thoroughly lubricated. I advise you to use lubricants from trusted manufacturers. I include these: the MOBILE brand or LITOL-17.
3.The oil seal is pressed onto the holder that you previously inserted.
4.Next, in order, we mount the external wheel bearing. Head 30 will help with this. Apply lubricant again and place it inside the holder of the outer part.
5. The fastening nut is secured with a cotter pin. The drum and hub are placed on top of the rear axle shaft. These spare parts are installed in such a way that the hub holes and the gaps on the drum match.
6. After making sure that all the holes line up, you tighten the brake drum mounting bolt. Place the cap to protect the hub nut and put the wheel in place.

How to adjust new Daewoo Nexia rear wheel bearings yourself

- After screwing on the locknut, tighten it by hand until it stops.

- Using a torque wrench, tighten the locknut to 2.5 N*M.
- Roll the drum in both directions
- Unscrew the locknut 180 degrees.
- Retighten the locknut to 2.5 N*M.

What size and bearing number should you choose for your car?
The bearing installation scheme is called “in the spacer”. In accordance with GOST, bearings are marked as follows:
- internal number 6-7006A (in accordance with ISO - L45449/L45410);
- external number 6-7703A (in accordance with ISO - LM11749/LM11710).
The accuracy level is selected number six. Model A for increased load capacity.
I will suggest you a reliable manufacturer of wheel bearings. I consider the Russian Volzhsky bearing plant to be one of these.
Foreign manufacturers are also good. These are brands from Germany: FAG and SWAG. Spare parts from the French manufacturer NTN - SNR have proven themselves well.
